Needs analysis in Kosovo

As part of the project’s initial phase, a comprehensive needs analysis will be conducted in Kosovo to identify the main challenges and opportunities within the vocational education and training (VET) system in the agri-food sector. The analysis will focus on skills gaps, training needs of VET teachers, levels of digitalization, and the connection between training institutions and the labour market. The findings will guide the development of targeted training modules and innovative learning resources that respond to the real needs of educators, students, and industry stakeholders.
