Dr. Dr. Albulene Grajcevci

- Postdoctoral researcher at the EduTech department of the Saarland University researching computer-supported collaborative learning, technology-enhanced learning with a special focus on CSCL, AI supported learning, use of large language models (i.e. ChatGPT) to develop effective CA-conversational agents, assessment of learning and achievement and ther use of large language models to support knowledge gain.
- She has previous experience in delivering professional development programs as well as drafting manuals and reserch reports for various projects and donors.

Dr. Arif Shala
Co-Founder
- Expertise
- Postdoctoral researcher at Stuttgart University doing his habilitation on predictors of learning and achievement inKosovo and Albania. In addition, he currently holds a visiting professorship at the University of Continuing Education Krems at the Center for transdisciplinary Continuing Education Research. Before this, he worked as a professor in higher education in Kosovo teaching in Early childhood education Bachelor programs. His research focuses on comparative educational research, student achievement, large-scale studies (PISA and TIMSS) as well as the applications of AI driven tools and gadgets to mitigate achievement gaps in providing cohesive and inclusive education settings.

Agnesa Tahiri

- An Educator with extensive experience in teaching, Agnesa has taught at the Kosovo Leadership Academy, an American School in Kosovo for a period of four years. In addition, she has been a U.S. Government scholar during her stay at the Missouri State University at the United States. She has founded her own program for teaching English Language to young learners in Kosovo. Passionate about education, Agnesa is dedicated to making a positive impact in her country by using education as a tool for change.

- An Educator, Agnesa has impressive teaching experience in the primary education sector in Kosovo. Her additional competencies include but are not limited to enhancing reading fluency in young learners, classroom management, playdagogy, experiential learning, curriculum development and the drafting of individual learning plans for young learners. Her experience has enabled her to develop an impressive understanding of the primary school education system in Kosovo and its challenges in promoting learning, achievement and cohesion.
